Andreas is one of the founders of Flux and is also the link between the artists and the company. If you have a creative block or a hard time with a mix he is the guy to go get you motivated. He also is a valuable addition to organizing events, making sure the atmosphere is right.

Music and synthesizers is his main passions in life as a producer and artist himself, as half of the duo "Skodde" together with Henrik.

Henrik is one of co-founder and the chairman of Flux Collective, where he provides strategic guidance for the company's operations and direction. With a deep passion for electronic music and sound design, Henrik is also an accomplished musician, known for his work as one half of the infamous duo "Skodde" alongside Andreas.

Henrik's analytical approach complements his innate creativity and strategic vision, allowing him to effectively consider all perspectives before taking action, ensuring that everything stays on track.

Professional software developer by trade, David joined Flux early on due to his experience with organizing underground raves in the forests around Oslo. He mainly takes care of Flux's digital presence as well as managing the company's finances and business strategies alongside Henrik.

David also has a passion for music, events and DJing as one of our resident DJs under the name Bjerregaard. He has recently ventured into the world of music production, having released music on Flux and upcoming releases other labels.

Before joining Flux, Gaute has had several event series and concepts that helped shape the post-pandemic nightlife in Oslo. Now, he is in charge of Flux's events and continues to develop new concepts and eventseries across Norway.

In addition to organizing events, Gaute is also making producing and DJing under the alias Naboklage, which has released on Flux Collective and Mhost Likely.
