This Frædag x Flux we celebrate 2 years of Flux Collective!

Flux started out as a project between friends and lovers wanting to connect with people around music and dance freely, with no restrictions, mostly at DIY raves they hosted in the Norwegian woods. After many memorable nights in the forest the crew started releasing music after years of bedroom productions.

19th November 2021 Skodde released their debut EP "Reotrospect" marking the beginning of Flux Collective as a label. 2 months later Naboklage released his debut EP "Brått" with the infamous release-party in the soon to be demolished villa at Slemdal breaking every covid-recommendation at the time (Which technically were just recommendations).

Since then it has been released music from up-and coming artists as well as established local talents as the Collective have worked towards pushing Oslo based producers and DJs to experiment and develop the post-pandemic rave sound of Oslo, with the ambition to make a platform for local producers to take their first steps and to export the Oslo sound internationally. So far the music has being played on radio, podcasts, clubs and catwalks both nationally and internationally.

In addition to 16 releases, Flux have had close to 100 events, where local talent has had their debut alongside international techno legends.

To mark our 2 year anniversary where there will be some yet undisclosed launching of physical and digital manifestations. We invite you all to come and hang out and dance and hug and be free 🖤

From 21-23 there will be a listening live show in the basement to celebrate Seth Rakness' new album with the project Mr. Promising Start. From 23 he moves to the Sauna with a hybrid live/DJ set with the usual Frædag suspects G-Ha, Olanskii and Øyvind Morken
